You do not need to be in China to maintain control. Our reports give you the data to make decisions, and our team has the authority to hold shipments when standards are not met.

We issue a detailed failure report with photos and recommended corrective actions. The factory is given a specific deadline to fix the issues. We then re-inspect to confirm compliance before authorising shipment. You are consulted at every decision point.
We create a product-specific inspection checklist based on your approved sample, technical drawings, and any applicable standards (CE, EN71, REACH, etc.). Critical defects, major defects, and minor defects are classified with clear AQL acceptance levels.
