A client approached M-asia with only a concept and a rough product sample they had found in the market. The goal was to develop a refined version suitable for European retail.
We worked closely with factories to develop samples, refine materials, and improve the product design. Once the final product was approved, we secured a manufacturing partner under our one-product-one-customer model, ensuring exclusivity for the client.
The project moved from idea to full production within a few months, with the finished goods delivered to the client’s warehouse in Europe.
