Development
From approved sample to reliable production
A good sample is not the finish line, it is the starting point for consistent manufacturing. Our development process does not stop at a sample you approve. We create a complete production file that the factory uses as the reference for every batch: technical drawings, material specifications, colour standards, packaging layout, and quality checkpoints.
This file ensures that batch ten looks exactly like batch one. It also means you are not dependent on one person’s memory at the factory. If staff change, if you move to a second supplier, or if you need to scale, the documentation carries the knowledge.
